**ENGLISH** Women circle - Reconnect with myself

Choosing to come to a circle is choosing to gift yourself a sacred moment, a parenthesis out of time and out of everyday life. Kindness, the absence of judgment, empathy, compassion and confidentiality are key values so that each woman feels safe to share authentically. 

The circle will last approximately 2.30 hours, and will be followed by a more informal time around a hot drink and a snack. 

So that the experience can be the best, I invite you to get dressed comfortably, to bring a pen and paper, a bottle of water, and anything that may help you feel at ease: blanket, favourite object, etc.
