Choosing to participate to a circle is choosing to gift yourself a sacred moment, a parenthesis out of time and out of everyday life. Kindness, the absence of judgment, empathy, compassion and confidentiality are key values so that each woman feels safe to share authentically.
PREPARE AND BRING AN OBJECT THAT HAS SPECIAL MEANING TO YOU.
The circle will last approximately 2 hours.
So that the experience can be the best, I invite you to get dressed comfortably, to grab a pen and paper, a bottle of water or a hot drink of your choice, and anything that may help you feel at ease: blanket, favourite object, etc. Make sure you are in a room with a good internet connection, and where you will not get disturbed.
