**ENGLISH** GIFTED - November 7th - Women circle: kindness to my former self

This is my first English circle. As such, it is gifted (value 35€). 

This circle will be held from 10am to 1pm in Montenay. Drinks and nibbles will be offered to you during an informal time after the circle (around 12.30). 

Reminder of the main values in the circle: kindness, confidentiality, respect, compassionate listening, authentic sharing. We expect you to be true in your exchanges, and to respect the confidentiality of what is being said during the circle.

So that the experience can be the best, I invite you to get dressed comfortably, to bring a pen and paper, a hot or a cold drink of your choice, and anything that may help you feel at ease: blanket, favourite object, etc.
